By accessing or using the website at natchitochesinsulation.com (the "Site"), submitting a contact or estimate request, or engaging Natchitoches Insulation to perform services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site or engage our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our Site or services. We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Natchitoches Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation installation, removal, and related air-sealing services in the Natchitoches, LA area. Services include but are not limited to spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, wall insulation, vapor barrier installation, and related work.
All services are subject to a written estimate and mutual agreement prior to work commencing. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Estimates provided by Natchitoches Insulation are based on information available at the time of the on-site assessment. An estimate is not a binding contract until both parties have signed a written work agreement or accepted a formal proposal in writing.
Estimates may change if conditions discovered during the work differ materially from what was observed during the initial assessment - for example, if additional damage, moisture, or pest contamination is uncovered once work begins. If a change in scope is needed, we will notify you and obtain your approval before proceeding with work that would result in a higher cost.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We do not guarantee that pricing from a prior estimate will be honored for work scheduled more than 30 days after the estimate was issued, as material and labor costs may change.
Appointments are scheduled based on crew availability. We will confirm your appointment date and time in advance. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Last-minute cancellations may result in a rescheduling fee depending on the scope of work and materials ordered.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, safety concerns, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. We will contact you as soon as possible if a rescheduling is necessary and will work to find an alternative date promptly.
For certain projects, we may require a deposit to hold your scheduled date. Deposit terms will be stated in your written estimate or work agreement.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise stated in your written agreement. We accept cash, check, and electronic payment methods as disclosed at the time of invoicing. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee.
If a deposit was collected, it will be applied toward the total balance due. Deposits are generally non-refundable if the customer cancels after materials have been ordered or work has been scheduled.
Failure to pay for completed work may result in collection action, including the filing of a lien on the property where work was performed, in accordance with Louisiana law.
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting services or submitting forms on our Site. You agree to provide our crew with safe and reasonable access to the work area on the scheduled date. You are responsible for clearing the work area of personal belongings and ensuring that utilities (electricity, water) are accessible as needed.
You represent that you are the property owner or have the legal authority to authorize the work being requested. If you are a tenant, it is your responsibility to obtain owner permission before scheduling any installation or removal work.
Natchitoches Insulation warrants that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner using materials appropriate for the application. Any warranty on materials is provided by the manufacturer and is separate from our labor warranty. Specific warranty terms, if any, will be stated in your written work agreement.
We do not warrant that our services will eliminate all moisture, pest, or structural issues in your home, particularly where pre-existing conditions were present prior to our work. Our warranties do not cover damage caused by subsequent homeowner modifications, pest activity, flooding, or conditions unrelated to the scope of work we performed.
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF INFORMATION ON THIS SITE.
To the fullest extent permitted by Louisiana law, Natchitoches Insulation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of this Site - even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site or engagement of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
